“It’s probably the simplest song I’ve ever worked on — just me and a close friend, playing instruments, recording, producing it ourselves. And honestly… I fought to keep it that way. No big production, no layers to hide behind. Just… real.
This was soft invitation to get myself back into the scary thought of studio work again but also little introduction to my new project I’m working on this year..
The heart behind it? Returning to the Father. Reconnecting with His heart even when life feels noisy and chaotic. For me, home is that place of peace… like being a little girl again in the garden with God.
That’s what this song is — an invitation to slow down, breathe, and come back to Him.
